The hard part is having ./configure determine if SIGH should be defined or
not. I still don't know under what conditions one declaration over another
should be used. AFAIK, it's readline dependent and distro dependent.

Absorbing readline into gpsim's src would be one solution. However, I know
the __P macro for example, is affected by versions of gcc. Quite frankly,
I'm at a lost for the best solution. Furthermore this problem has been
with gpsim since its inception. It's been very frustrating...
