I'm afraid you are at the wrong mailinglist - this one is about
Linux drivers only!
There is an XP driver for the OP9636T at
http://213.209.100.104/driver/index.htm
perhaps this one works.
If I were you I would write an letter to Plustek asking for a
driver for XP. Only if enough requests are sent those guys will
move.
