Thanks for your offer. I'm currently working on the usb code and
I have almost no time do do something - so help will be apreciated...
I will try and define some kind of packages which can be done
separatly. What kind of scanner do you have?

It all started after receiving my first scanner an OP9636T - it was a gift
from my girl friend. I decided to check out what's out there for Linux and
found a driver for older Plustek models - then I contacted the maintainer
and got all the stuff he obtained from Plustek, and so I started this on my
own. In the meantime I've signed a NDA with Plustek to get some technical
information. They also had sent me some test devices - but in the end it's my
own obsession... - Somewhat crazy, but as long I have some fun in doin' this
kinda work I'll do it...
