I had the problem about the font size of chinese, I could not change the size of chinese fonts.

CreateFont("hzx16"... ->16x16, save the handle16
CreateFont("hzx12"... ->12x12, save the handle12
SelectObject different handle
before you DrawText or TextOut

 had the problem about the font size of chinese, I could not change the size of
chinese fonts.

The chinese fonts are fixed-size fonts, not
truetype or adobe type 1.  They are fixed
at 12x12 and 16x16 IIRC.
