Xiaofan

As a temporary workaround, just comment out the following lines in
PikMain.cpp :

    if(!hard.isok())
    {
        QMessageBox::warning(this,
                             i18n("Hardware configuration error"),
                             i18n("Cannot allocate %1 port %2.<br><br>"

"Please&nbsp;use&nbsp;<b>Configure->Programmer</b>&nbsp;
(or&nbsp;<b>CTRL+SHIFT+P</b>)<br>"
                                  "to setup your port
configuration.").arg(type).arg(port)
                             , "OK") ;
    }

I will modify the next version for people which use PiKdev without a
programmer.

I will perhaps need the collaboration of interested authors for minor CLI
modification.

For the moment, I need to find (from microchip ?) something like a
database containing features of each pic devices, because my GUI needs
informations which are often not provided by CLI programming software.

I know that these informations exist (I suppose microchip uses them
for their own IDE). Does somebody know how to access them ?

regards,

Alain
