That is not what I mean. You can use gputils to generate the
hex file and use MPLAB/ICD2 to debug under Windows.

You can even try to use MPASM in many cases since gputils
should be quite compatible with MPASM.

As I said before, Pikdev does not support ICD2. Piklab does have
limited support for ICD2 if you really want to use ICD2 under Linux.
