The gpsim WIN32 RC1 build is at 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gpsim/files/gpsim-win32/0.27.0/gpsim-0.27.rc1-20130819-setup.exe.

Dear gpim users, please test the release candidate as much as possible 
and report the bugs found as soon as possible.
