thanks for reporting this situation. I have modified the current version
and put the 1.12.12rc2 Version on the following site:
http://members.aon.at/linux/socket++/socket++-1.12.12rc2.tar.gz

I'm testing the rc2 with the g++ V3.4 and got no compiler errors.
