I started testing gtkplot out, and thinking about how to get the data
from gpsim.

Yes, this 'short' list, if/when implemented should really be separate,
if not a standalone app. Or merged with one of the other apps...

But it's a good list of features you'd want at times.
With this many features, it really needs design and thought before
starting coding.
I was initially thinking about creating a simpler data display, and
have it grow as time went along.
But this is good, it makes it more challenging :-).
