Well, SDCC 2.4.0 was supposed to have been released at the end of last
month. That didn't happen, and I haven't pushed the issue either.

At the momemnt, I'm still adding support for multiplication and division.
In the process, I've discovered a bug in pCode peep hole optimizer (a post
code generation optimizer). So I'm going to fix that before moving on.

If you're using or planning to use SDCC, then I strongly suggest using the
version out of CVS.
