gEDA http://www.geda.seul.org/
is good at schematic capture; but it hasa nasty user interface.
oregano http://oregano.codefactory.se/
has a great user interface, but its young, and not currently maintained.
Didn't export netlists, either.
(or something like that)
(does have spice interfaces)
PCB http://bach.ece.jhu.edu/~haceaton/pcb/
does pcb layout, but I was unable to get it to import the netlists that
geda exported :-(
both geda and pcb suffer from having archaic interfaces, making them
much much harder to use than it should be. Feature-wise, they *seem*
not bad.
