The banksel directive is not yet supported. Microchip has published
some macros that might work. You will have to search for them though.
If you have a minute, please add banksel to a new feature request on the
Sourceforge website. One existed for gpasm, but it didn't make the move
to gputils.
Please explain what you mean by changing the case on 'pic16f877.inc'.
Do you mean the case of filename 'p16f877.inc'?
