Hi,

I think siteplayer is not based on PIC. The $25
webserver described in the CircuitCellar magazine is
the pre-alpha version of picoweb
(http://www.picoweb.net/)

If you really want to learn how to put ethernet,
TCP/IP and web server inside a PIC please read books
by Jeremy Bentham. The first edition covered
PIC16C76/PIC16F876 and the 2nd edition covered
PIC16C877. Unfortunately, the code is proprietary but
it is good starting point.

For non-proprietary embedded TCP/IP stack please visit
http://www.sics.se/~adam/
It has most of the code under BSD license.

May be in the not so distance future we can put
embedded OS like PaulOS inside PIC not just tcp/ip
stack. That'll be really cool...

Best regards,
Shaiful
