I'm not sure. This is a fairly major change and it hasn't been fully
tested. Chances are there's a bug or two lurking. OTOH, over the last
couple of weeks the SDCC Pic port has made significant progress. So even 
if the #pragma stuff has a (temporary) bug, it's almost worth upgrading 
SDCC just to get the new features. (unless you're waiting for the super 
stable version!)
