Hi,

this is made by http://www.microengineeringlabs.com/ , and I use it with
linux with the program picprg v2.3b. I tweaked it a little to get it to
work. I've only used it with 16F877 parts. I forget exactly where I
got it, but its opensource I believe.

Bill Gates is a crook and millions of tax dollars have been spent
prosecuting and convicting Microsoft of illegal business practices. Do
not give them another dime until they have repaid the US government
these costs.
