I just restarted to work in using the SDCC compiler for PICs. I was trying a small sample program for the pic 16f84a, and found a bug in the inc2pl include generation program. The include is missing the memmap lines for the general purpose registers. I checked the include generated for the 16f877, and that one is OK. I`m using CVS version downloaded last friday.
I inserted the following lines by hand in the generated include file, and it is working fine now.
#pragma memmap 0x0020 0x004F RAM 0x000
#pragma memmap 0x0080 0x0086 RAM 0x000
#pragma memmap 0x0088 0x00CF RAM 0x000
