I can't get any response from:

after two attempts so I hope I'm on topic and on the right list.
About the PICStart+ update. I've downloaded two versions of
the MPLAB distribution. I don't see PSF30000.HEX. Apparently it
looks like I might need a Windows box (which I don't have) to
get to it. Is that correct? If so, does anyone know which disk
# it is on. Maybe my buddy can help if I sneaker net a floppy to
him. (Or are all floppies required?)
Or, would PSF30000.HEX be available from some other source?
