This one mostly deals with some build issues that were reported on Red Hat 8.0 and Mac OS X, so if
you didn't have any trouble building the last version you probably don't need to bother with this
one. It now builds unmodified without complaint on both. Also, I added signal handling so if you
hit ctrl-c while it's running it resets the PICSTART and exits.
