Martin,

There was a problem parsing stimulus commands (and files for that matter) that
mysteriously appeared in version 0.16.0 (when I switched to automake). Now, I
thought I had fixed all of those. Apparently not. I just went back and ran some
of the old examples and sure enough, I'm getting the parse error too. 

I'll get a version 0.19.2 out that fixes this (and introduces module support as
well) in the next few days.
