I think maybe I can rig up a slightly ugly way to reset the module from
the cli by using an attribute (ie. "module set mymodule reset 1") which
would be sufficient for what I want. I just want to avoid having to quit
and restart gpsim every time I want to run a new simulation from
scratch.

Thanks a lot. I'll mull over what you wrote and read the code some more,
then have a go at writing my module later on this week.
