Are these devices in production?  I don't see them on the website.  I
also don't see them in MPLAB 6.4.

They are probably very close to the 

18F4220
18F2320
18F2220

which are supported.  Adding processors is trivial, but it looks like
gputils list is up to date.  Are these planned devices that haven't
reached production?
