OK, so I've downloaded all the necessary sources from the
ftp.debian.org
gpsim_0.20.1-1 (source/electronics),
exdbm_1.0b2-2 (source/libs),
gtk+extra_0.99.9-1 (source/libs)
Unfortunately, to get them compiled, I had to make some changes in the
sources.
In all calls to gtk_sheet_clip_range, gtk_sheet_range_set_justification,
gtk_sheet_range_set_foreground and other similar functions, I had to
replace the "range" arguments with its address (eg. &range).
I've checked the original sources, and stated that they use the
pointers. So in fact my changes, necessary to recompile the gpsim, reverted
the changes done by Joop to debianize it...?!
The only explanation I can see is that Joop has used the different
version of gtk+extra library, but the version available in sources in
ftp.debian.org is just gtk+extra_0.99.9-1...
Was it an older version, or the newer one? Should I upgrade my gtk+extra
and recompile the whole package?
