I finally got the LCD module working well enough to release. To use it, you're going to need the gpsim-0.20.2 . You can either get the whole tar ball or the diffs between 20.0 or 20.1: http://www.dattalo.com/gnupic/gpsim-0.20.2.tar.gz http://www.dattalo.com/gnupic/gpsim-20.0-to-20.2.patch http://www.dattalo.com/gnupic/gpsim-20.1-to-20.2.patch (to apply a patch: patch -p0 <patch-file where 'patch-file is the name of the file. If you have 20.1 and wish to upgrade to 20.2: cd to the parent directory of gpsim-0.20.0 (ls should show gpsim-0.20.1) patch -p0 <gpsim-20.0-to-20.2.patch ) and the lcd module: http://www.dattalo.com/gnupic/lcd-0.1.0.tar.gz This is a fairly complete module that also includes a fairly complete LCD driver for a PIC. There's still some work left to be done, but what's there will work for most applications. I still have some more tinkering to do, but I'm going to look into the readline version 4.0 bug next. Scott
