Has a fix in the TMR0 logic from Rudy Moore. (Rudy, I had to change `last_cycle'
from unsigned to signed. That along with your patch looks like it fixes it.)
If you're not doing anything with TMR0 then there's no real reason to get the
latest.
(Michael, I tested the new version with the code you sent. I think all is well
now.)
If anyone wants this distribution, then let me know and I'll put it on the web
page.
