Lets try to catch the gpsim major release.  I will do a major release of 
gputils at the same time.  You will have to update the version checks 
for gpasm and gplink versions (0.13.0).

I will maintain a patch on the gputils website until the release.

It would be good if we could find all of the incompatibilities with 
MPLAB at once.  Anyone out there have some time to research this?  You 
don't have to fix the bugs, just find them.  You can use gpvc and maybe 
a hex editor.  Manipulate the tools and find the differences.
