Before you all think 'oh no not another new feature suggestion', I would
like to suggest another new feature.
How about we add a -M (as with gcc) flag to the command line to generate
include file dependencies for Makefile(s)?
I think its really easy to do. I added a printf line to scan.l line 75 to
print the name of include files as they are parsed in, just as proof of
concept - seems to work.
