Do you mean the MMC/SD cards?
You can access the MMC card via SPI interface. Unfortunately the MMC 
specification is not free (price $500), and the SD specification is 
available only under NDA (has anybody in the free non-DMCA world 
succesfully reverse engineered the protocol?).
Fortunately the MMC protocol is sufficiently described in freely 
available doc:
