Unfortunately, even this documentation is lagging (or is that lacking?). I 
still need to discuss stuff about macros, sockets, context debugging, 
assertions, expressions, operators, etc. etc... Hopefully though, this can 
get you over the hump. And of course, always feel free to ask if you have 
a question.
