I'm not planning to license the C code at all. I'll be compiling each C 
function down to assembler source, then hand-massaging that source to be 
PicForth compatible.

I received an offer from the author of the math package mentioned 
earlier - in exchange for 1% sales royalty, he'd offer the code to me 
under BSD. However, after manufacturing/distribution/marketing/sales 
overheads, 1% quickly turns into 5-30%, a bit high for me.
