Go to www.kitsrus.com, you'll find a better choice.
I bought a Warp-13 programmer a few years ago. It
gave me a lot of troubles (can't figure out what's
wrong). With K149 or K150 programmer from kitsrus,
everhthing is so smooth. I made a K149 using my
prorotyping board (www.geocities.com/mengjinsu),
with the FW/SW downloaded from www.kitsrus.com. It
works just fine!!!

For about three times that cost (not much really), you can get a Warp-13
programmer that handles a lot more chips. It can be used with Linux or
Windows.
