Nisma and I have had another falling out. We may need counseling to get
through this one.

It is a little unclear who Nisma is.

I believe this is the same person who attempted a gpal fork for a
commercial application earlier this year using the name of pico, but I
am not sure.

I need a third party to review his code and see if I am being
reasonable. He would like his changes to be committed to cvs. Here it is.

I don't want to bias a potential reviewer with my own comments. You can
send the comments privately and I will make sure they get to nisma.

Thanks.
