I'm still getting lots of "already defined" warnings, and after taking out
some seemingly superfluous "with 16f873a" from various files I'm left with
just "helloleds.pub:5: error: unknown pragma udata_section". That error was
always there! I have modified the lkr file to add the new section given by
David McNab but the above error seems to be moaning about the pragma itself.
I'm using the latest gputils cvs.
I've looked at picforth but that is a non-starter for me as it seems you have
to stand on your head to understand it! Far too cryptic for me. I'm fairly
conversant with C and so I'll stick with Jal for now. Jal itself seems to be
dead in the water with no activity on the sourceforge site for several
months. I hope that gpal continues to be developed and that someone, who
understands it well, will write a good tutorial on basic usage.
Thanks for the pointers anyway.
