If your distrib is Fedora Core 2, here is the rpm: http://linuxelectronique.free.fr/download/fedora/2/RPMS/i386/gputils-0.13.0-0.fdr.1.i386.rpm If your distrib is Fedora Core 1 or 3, you can rebuild with: http://linuxelectronique.free.fr/download/fedora/2/SRPMS/gputils-0.13.0-0.fdr.1.src.rpm If you want an official Fedora build, add you as CC at: https://bugzilla.fedora.us/show_bug.cgi?id=2368 and wait for this "bug" closed.
