I worked on SDCC 2+ years ago, but am not active now. All I can say is
that if you go to line 3900 of src/pic/ralloc.c you see code similar to
the error message and that for whatever reason one of the internal
pointers in the structure named 'ic' is NULL. I suggest posting the
question to the SDCC mailing list along with a small example routine that
causes the error to occur.
