Hi,

Given the almost universal angst of compiling gtk+extra2.0, and given
that this version is not even available in debian (and possibly other
major linux distros), I'm wondering if it might be better for gpsim's
autocrap setup should default to gtk+extra 1.x for now.

In other words, set up the autocrap so './configure' uses gtk+extra1.x,
while './configure --enable-gtkextra2' uses gtk+extra2.x

Thoughts?
