Adds support for more than 8 files in one project. The support was added only to
.cod files - so if you weren't using .cod files then you don't need this new
version. It get's rid of the warning that Wojtek noted the other day.

James Bowman has made some changes too in the area of va() arguements in
macros. I don't know know the details, but the CVS log comment is:

"The '##' and 'v(expr)' semantics now work, at least for expressions. "
