Hi David:

Optrex F51320, F51553 are 128x64 pixel displays.  I've used them in a PIC
environment with success.  Fairly easy to program, good visibility, good
backlight.  Blue or Black on White.  Be careful, there are variations in
pinout (got caught on that one) and video inversion (also)
