Never used it, but I think the answer is no.

I read somewhere that a program called "swopcode" was provided 
parallax.  It converted a parallax assembly file to microchip format.  
They sold the assembler to another company (Tech Tools?).  I don't know 
how "swopcode" it is licensed, but have seen a few copies around.
