Hi,

I developed and I use GPICD http://gpicd.sourceforge.net.
It works under Linux, but only with the PIC16 family connected to the
computer via a parallel port.
I see two main improvements to this tool: (1) PIC18 support and (2)
ICD2/USB interface support. Contributions are welcome, as I do not have
much time to work on it again...

Regards,
Sylvain
