Subject: gpsim on gtk 2.6 doesn't work very well :(

I've just tried to build gpsim on gtk-2.6 using the snapshots for gpsim
and gtk-extra from Scott's site.

gtk-extra builds and installs ok. But when making gpsim it fails with

gui_break.cc:40:34: gtkextra/gtkcombobox.h: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [gui_break.lo] Error 1

There is indeed no such file, even in the build tree for gtk extra !

The include seems spurious as commenting out the #include line seems to
fix the problem.

Same problem also exists in many other files....

It's now build and installed (but needed ldconfig to be run as well).

However, it's very unstable , frequent lockups where no buttons work,
and this was while only trying to single stepping some 16F84 code!

I'm sure the last time I used gpsim (about a year ago) it was much more
stable ?

Peter
