The gnupic project was created by Rick Mann as an effort to produce open
source tools. This mailing list was created for the gnupic project. Open
source doesn't preclude Windows.

<opinion>
Now, I suppose one could debate whether or not discussing closed sourced
tools on this list is off topic. I got bored with those kind of debates
(or at least the anti-windows aspect of them) back in 1998. I think your
posts are relevant to the degree since they give the mostly Linux users on
this list another option of what may be available.

I'll defer final judgement to Alex Holden since he's the maintainer of the
list.

BTW, gpsim has it's own developer list for which subjects like
Linux/Windows/Wine are off topic.
