There are some hints in the usb lists a CTS is not being asserted,
that breaks aren't being pushed out to the serial device.  But I'm
seeing stuff from years ago, in a couple different lists and the big
story is still not clear to me, so that may be old news and already
taken care of in the driver.

I'm also going through mct_u232.c to see if there are any hints there
and so far (to my untrained eye) nothing looks like "put Belkin on the
short bus" material.
