Is there any special architectural reason why gpasm and gpsim don't
support the 16F876 yet, or is it just a matter of filling in a few
parameters?

Also, does anybody know of a DIY programmer for the 16F876 which will do
low voltage in circuit programming and ideally works with Linux?

BTW, the link on gnupic.org to the gpsim sourceforge page is broken.
