Many are interested already and even some who normally wouldn't 
use C will go that way if good documentation is available.

Yes, but accept that it's a process and not a single event.
Epecially an inet project with feedback easily available,
can/should involve several iterations.

So lets have the first steps NOW:
{ - downloading the source tarball }
while your making the rest.
