Since you are using Fedora, do not follow my build process !!!

It is only meant for Debian/Ubuntu users. I think all RPM packages
are available for Fedora. I choose Debian because I do not quite
like RPM based on my bad experience with Redhat 9 and my good
experience with Ubuntu. Still Fedora Core 4 seems to be easy for PIC
development on Linux since most of the tools are readily available.

Go to GNUPIC and you will find the archive of GNUPIC mailing list. 
There are not many posts anyway.

I have a typo on the previous post. I do not have a web site and do
not want to have one because of all the spam emails caused by previous
web site several years ago.
