Interesting:
dpkg -l kdebase* show no package named kdebase-devel.. but there is a
kedebase-dev.
dpkg -l kde*-devel Only show kde-devel.
Just checked and I did have kedebase-dev installed and that was giving
me the KDE error. Thats why I had to do the kde-devel install.

I now am over 60 meg of KDE packages installed (over 100Meg after
installation) and still can't use the program, intellegently, yet. I
can't get the Help to display until I go through and get kdevelop
setup properly. Now, I don't plan on doing any KDE or Q3 development but
have them all installed and have to set them up before I can get the
ktechlab program to be useful. I think I am going to purge all this
and keep waiting for the Software Requirements to get cut down to
running the program, not setting me up to do Qt or KDE apps.
