I think this is because of the "relocatable objects" in the PIC USB code... 

I've used ORG xxx before to put lookup tables in high mem with no problems before on 16F873, but maybe this is different?

I will try  either updating the Picstarts, as it's always good to have the latest, or play with the location of the code to try and have a coninuous file. Maybe I can pad with NOP's for the time being.

Thanks for your help. If you do end up modifying the source, I'll keep the old PS chips, and I can help test the new code on the old PS's if you like.
