Borlomm,
I don't use gpsim regularly on Windows, so I'm not sure how much I can
help. But, here are few questions for you: Does the file 'doc.cod' exist
in the directory from which you're starting gpsim? In other words,
C:\gpsim> dir
do you see doc.cod there?
When gpsim is installed under Windows, it's placed in "Program
Files\gpsim\" and a shortcut is created for it. This shortcut is a tiny
batch file that sets up the "environment" (e.g. iirc, it modifies PATH).
So, here's the question: what happens when you start gpsim from
Start->Program Files->gpsim and then click on "File->Open"? Can you
navigate to your .cod file and then load it?
Finally, if doc.cod exists was it built with gpasm or MPASM? Both should
work, but I haven't tried MPASM in a very long time.
