I believe the problem is that you've installed the gpsim RPM binary and
not gpsim the development version. KTeckLab needs the latter.
Unfortunately, no gpsim-devel RPM packages have been created (AFAIK). So I
think the only way KTeckLab and gpsim will play is if you install gpsim
from the tar ball :(.
