Enclosed is a simple modification to Mark's modification. I am
using the relocatable mode. Take note I only attach the
modified assembly file, the linker script for PICkit 2, the make
file and the generated hex files inside the zip archive. The two
include files are not attached.
I've tested this under Windows and Linux. Under Windows, I can
use both Microchip PICkit 2 application (rename the hex file
to PK2V010005.hex) and pyk to update the firmware. Under Linux,
pyk is the right choice.
